Company Background

Arnzen Building Construction, Inc. was establish by President, Morris B. Arnzen, of Cottonwood in 1987. Morris is a native of Cottonwood, graduated from Prairie High School, and attended the University of Idaho. Arnzen has been in the construction business since 1979. A long time employee of Enneking Building Construction, Arnzen purchased the firm when George Enneking chose to retire from the business. The firm then incorporated January 6, 1995 to its present name. ABC has grown into a competitive general contracting firm completing many projects in our region including commercial, educational, medical, and residential. ABC has proven performance, completing every project regardless of size with the same precise attention to detail.

Arnzen Building Construction, Inc. maintains their high quality construction and workmanship with a stable, long time work force. Currently, ABC employs 15-20 full time employees including five superintendents, and field experience within this group ranges from 11-30 years. ABC also staffs three office personnel capable and willing to answer any questions and assist you with communication between project team members during the building process. Besides wide-ranging building knowledge, experience and friendly customer service, ABC is also fully insured for your protection.

Capabilities and Specialties

Arnzen Building Construction, Inc. has extensive experience involving all aspects of building. In residential construction we generally accomplish all the building phases within in-house qualified crews. These phases include: excavation, site work, foundation, flat cement, framing, roofing, siding, interior finish and trim and custom case work.

In the commercial field, ABC has completed a wide variety of buildings and remodels. These include: small steel buildings and highway district bridge work, hospital renovations, school expansions and renovations, churches, store additions, new fire stations, apartment complexes, as well as warehouse and equipment maintenance facilities.
